This personalized approach makes the 360° MBA Ranking a truly unique resource.
Business school culture, shaping the overall student experience, is an innovative key feature of the 360° MBA Ranking. What is the Unimy 360° MBA Ranking methodology?
Unimy's 360° MBA Ranking draws upon information from two prominent sources: the Financial Times MBA Rankings and the US News & World Report rankings. In addition, the 360° MBA Ranking integrates Unimy's proprietary School Culture data.
Five criteria form the basis of each school's ranking.
- School Culture – Unimy’s Cultural Fit Index
- Career Outcomes - salary increase, career goal attainment, graduate employment rate
- Diversity - proportion of international students, faculty, and board members, proportion of female students, faculty, and board members
- Faculty - academic qualifications of instructors and professors
- Acceptance Rate – program selectivity
The information regarding career outcomes, diversity, and faculty is sourced from the Financial Times MBA rankings. Acceptance rate data are drawn from US News & World Report rankings. Cultural Fit data draws from Unimy's proprietary research on business school culture (The Cultural Fit Index).
Users can reorder these five criteria by priority and assign a significance level of 0 to 3 stars to each. If School Culture is among their top four priorities the users complete the Cultural Fit Test to incorporate insights about the learning environment and campus culture.
This method enables each prospective student to generate a personalized list of schools ranked according to the student’s priorities.
All personalized candidate rankings conducted throughout the previous year determine each school's final position in the annual ranking.
